CANCELATION POLICY

48 hours Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

Late cancellations or missed visits leaves a hole in the therapist day that could have

been filled by another patient.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to notify us at

least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another

patient who may be waiting for an opening.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged a

fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment fee.

Same day cancellation, no show or rescheduling of an appointment will be charged the

full-service fee.

However, if your RMT cancels your appointment less than 48 hours, you will receive

50% off for next rescheduled treatment and if your RMT cancels the same day, RMT

will honour a free treatment for the next rescheduled treatment, as we respect your

time as well.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider

exceptions on case-by-case basis.

Same day cancellation or no shows more than twice will not be able to access the

online booking.
