COVID-19 PROTOCOL

As safety is of the utmost importance to us. With that in mind you will see a few changes at our clinic.

All patients/clients will be required to complete a mandatory screening survey by Ontario Public Health before arriving for their appointment and in addition and in person when you arrive.. This will be emailed directly to you. If we do not have your email address on file, the screening will take place over the phone.

Upon entering our clinic you will be asked to:

1. Verbally confirm screening results

2. Consent to a Temperature check

3. Sanitize your hands

4. Wear your mask at all times

5. Wait for further instructions

Upon leaving our clinic you will be asked to:

1. Wear your mask at all times

2. Consider rebooking at home online

3. Sanitize your hands

Other temporary measures to note:

1. Priority will be given to clients with essential care needs

2. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.

3. There is limited seating in the reception area, please only use if necessary

4. We encourage you to not use our washroom unless necessary

To protect our patients/clients and staff we are committed to:

1. Regularly disinfecting surfaces

2. Increased cleaning and sanitizing protocols

3. Keeping people home when sick

4. Staggered booking to help enforce Social distancing

5. Proper use of PPE
